fIXED PRICE UNBLOCK
We will supply the plant and labour for a fixed price unblock from recognised access points (manholes, inspection chambers rodding eyes etc). We like to be up front and honest with pricing, no hidden fees and a fixed price for peace of mind. Expect to pay between £65 - £100 for a fixed price standard unblock. Domestic customers only.
Standard Unblock (Manual Quick Fix)
Sometimes we can clear a blockage quickly with hand tools. We offer a reduced rate for this work. Contact us if you need help with a drainage issue
Standard Unblock (Mechanical)
A standard unblock from recognised access points using all mechanical tools up to, but not including, a van mounted high pressure drain jet. We're here to answer any questions.

fixed price access & unblock
If there are no recognised access points (manholes, inspection chambers, rodding eyes etc) and access is required you will be quoted for a fixed price access and unblock. The price for access will be including to the price for an unblock listed above.
New access point
If there are no access points on above ground drainage we can install a new access and perform the unblock. Access type varies depending on location and type of pipe.
Height/Obstruction
When working at height or over/through obstructions a second man will be required for health and safety. Any work above second floor height will require rope and harness' at additional cost. If required scaffolding can be quoted for seperately.
Excavation
If there are no access points to underground drains we will offer a quote for excavation. Please note we will always aim to offer a fixed price for a excavation but this is not always possible
